Wong says thank you to Nik Aziz
KOTA BARU: Scandal-rocked Selangor exco member Elizabeth Wong thanked PAS spiritual leader Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat for understanding her predicament.
In a 45-minute meeting with the Kelantan Mentri Besar at his official residence, Wong said they also had discussions on raced-based politics and current issues.
“I had a cordial meeting with Tok Guru.
“I want to thank him for understanding my predicament. The other reason I met him was to wish him bon voyage for his trip to Mecca to perform his umrah on Monday,” Wong said after attending a briefing for Kelantan PKR chiefs by Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim yesterday.
