Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:
While we were with Allah's Apostle who was distributing (i.e. some property), there came Dhu-l-Khuwaisira, a man from the tribe of Bani Tamim and said, "O Allah's Apostle! Do Justice." The Prophet said, "Woe to you! Who could do justice if I did not? I would be a desperate loser if I did not do justice." 'Umar said, "O Allah's Apostle! Allow me to chop his head off." The Prophet said, "Leave him, for he has companions who pray and fast in such a way that you will consider your fasting negligible in comparison to theirs. They recite Qur'an but it does not go beyond their throats (i.e. they do not act on it) and they will desert Islam as an arrow goes through a victim's body, so that the hunter, on looking at the arrow's blade, would see nothing on it; he would look at its Risaf and see nothing: he would look at its Na,di and see nothing, and he would look at its Qudhadh ( 1 ) and see nothing (neither meat nor blood), for the arrow has been too fast even for the blood and excretions to smear. The sign by which they will be recognized is that among them there will be a black man, one of whose arms will resemble a woman's breast or a lump of meat moving loosely. Those people will appear when there will be differences amongst the people." I testify that I heard this narration from Allah's Apostle and I testify that 'Ali bin Abi Talib fought with such people, and I was in his company. He ordered that the man (described by the Prophet ) should be looked for. The man was brought and I looked at him and noticed that he looked exactly as the Prophet had described him. Jom Puasa
1. Berita di bawah menarik perhatian saya.
2. Wonder bagaimanakah niat puasa itu nanti... "....kerana Allah Ta'ala" atau "...kerana rakyat marhaen" atau "....kerana pakatan" atau "kerana Tuanku" atau ke lain-lain. Dan bagaimanakah hukum puasa itu? Wajibkah? Sunat Muakatkah? Haruskah? etc etc... Menarik juga antara syarat puasa wajib berbaju hitam. Haji Hamdy dan Haji Nasir mungkin tahu ada nas-nas sohih syarat puasa ini.... Mungkin Tok Udin tahu ada syarat berbaju hitam dalam pertapaan?
Interesting juga siapa lebih gah laparnya....
*Dalil puasa tiga hari kerana mungkir sumpah
Allah will not take you to task for that which is unintentional in your oaths, but He will take you to task for the oaths which ye swear in earnest. The expiation thereof is the feeding of ten of the needy with the average of that wherewith ye feed your own folk, or the clothing of them, or the liberation of a slave, and for him who findeth not (the wherewithal to do so) then a three days' fast. This is the expiation of your oaths when ye have sworn; and keep your oaths. Thus Allah expoundeth unto you His revelations in order that ye may give thanks. Al-Maidah:89

Nizar, Sivakumar to go on 3-day hunger strike (Update)
IPOH: Former Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin and Tronoh assemblyman V. Sivakumar will lead a hunger strike calling for the dissolution of the state assembly.
Revealing this, Perak DAP secretary Nga Kor Ming said the two men would join Pakatan Rakyat supporters in the hunger strike to be launched on Tuesday at Wisma DAP here.
The strike was meant to last at least three days, but those who were willing to continue could do so, said Nga.
The peaceful campaign, he said, was meant to send a serious message asking that the people be given the right to choose their leaders.
"A democratic government must receive the mandate from the rakyat. The people do not want a government to be dictated by a judge only," he told a press conference at Wisma DAP Saturday.
Nga argued that the state Barisan Nasional government had no moral basis to administer the state as it was relying on three state assemblymen who had supposedly "betrayed" the will of the people.
He invited the public to turn up for the three-day event, even for those not fasting, as it would include talks and a signature campaign.
Nga said among the DAP, PAS and PKR leaders joining in the hunger strike were himself, Pasir Pinji assemblyman Thomas Su, Titi Serong assemblyman Dr Khalil Idham Lim Abdullah and Simpang Pulai assemblyman Chan Ming Kai.
"The public is urged to wear black as a sign of protest against the undemocratic power grab by Barisan," he said.
Participants must first sign a pledge with guidelines stating that one could take part after checking with one's doctor, with a liquid break to be taken every six hours.
The guidelines added that one could fast according to their faith, such as Muslims could fast from sunrise to sunset.
Ipoh Barat MP M. Kulasegaran called for the setting up of a constitutional court to specifically deal with constitutional and political crisis, such as in India and Thailand.

Maulid Altantuya
Teringat Tok Jib, Saiful dan RPK, teringat pula sambutan Maulid Altantuya di Putrajaya.
Ustaz Dato' Ismail Kamus pernah menyuarakan ketidaksetujuan kepada sambutan Maulid Nabi waimah majlis kenduri Arwah. Beliau yakin jika Rasullah masih hidup, pasti baginda murka dengan amalan ini. To DIK, ini amalan bida'ah! Dan bida'ah tiada yang hasanah atau dholalah.
Jabir b. Abdullah said: When Allah's Messenger (may peace he upon him) delivered the sermon, his eyes became red, his voice rose. and his anger increased so that he was like one giving a warning against the enemy and saying:" The enemy has made a morning attack on you and in the evening too." He would also say:" The last Hour and I have been sent like these two." and he would join his forefinger and middle finger; and would further say:" The best of the speech is embodied in the Book of Allah, and the beet of the guidance is the guidance given by Muhammad. And the most evil affairs are their innovations; and every innovation is error." He would further say:, I am more dear to a Muslim even than his self; and he who left behind property that is for his family. and he who dies under debt or leaves children (in helplessness). the responsibility (of paying his debt and bringing up his children) lies on me." Muslim 004:1885.
Nampaknya sudah ada keghairahan di kalangan kita menyambut maulid arwah! Siap kek! Ni kita ikut kena sahut Astafirullah ke Takbir ke meraban?

Lima ditahan cuba sambut 'harijadi Altantuya'

Tiga ditahan di depan kompleks pejabat perdana menteri di Putrajaya selepas cuba "menyambut ulang tahun kelahiran Altantuya Shaariibuu", wanita Mongolia yang dibunuh tiga tahun lepas.
Kira-kira 30 aktivis Solidariti Anak Muda Malaysia (SAMM) juga menyerahkan sepucuk surat daripada bapa mangsa bunuh itu Shaariibuu Setev dan memorandum kepada Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
Sani Md Shah ditahan jam 11.15 pagi apabila memegang kek hari jadi, sementara Saufi Mihat dan Yasir Sheikh Abdul Rahman ditahan tidak lama selepas itu sewaktu memegang kain rentang di depan pintu masuk kompleks tersebut.
Ketiga-tiganya kemudian dibawa ke ibu pejabat polis daerah Putrajaya.
Kek seberat 2kg dan kain rentang itu yang dibawa oleh SAMM yang diketuai pemimpin PKR Badrul Hisham Shaharin turut dirampas polis.
Kek putih dan kain itu bertulisan "Selamat Hari Jadi Altantuya". Jika masih hidup, wanita itu kini berusia 31 tahun.
Setelah Badrul Hisham masuk ke balai, beliau dimaklumkan untuk hadir semula jam 2 petang ini.
Sewaktu hadir petang ini, beliau bersama seorang rakannya yang dikenali Nor Azizi turut ditahan untuk soal siasat berhubung sambutan hari jadi itu, demikian dimaklumkan oleh seorang jurucakap SAMM Amin Iskandar.
Mereka berlima masih ditahan di balai polis tersebut.

Anak Raja Petra bersalah mencuri

Anak seorang penulis blog terkenal mengaku bersalah atas empat pertuduhan mencuri dan memiliki motosikal curi serta melakukan pecah rumah di sekitar Shah Alam sejak Mac lalu.
Raja Azman Raja Petra, 32, yang beralamat No 5, Jalan BRP 5/5, Bukit Rahman Putra, Sungai Buloh mengaku bersalah selepas kesemua pertuduhan dibacakan terhadapnya 11.30 pagi tadi, lapor Bernama.
Tertuduh didakwa mencuri motosikal jenis Yamaha RXZ milik Mohd Syaiful Setapa, 24, seorang operator pengeluaran, membabitkan kerugian RM8,000 di Seksyen 19 pada 9.30 pagi 20 Mac lepas.
Lelaki - ditangkap pada 6 Mei lepas - juga mengaku memecah masuk ke dalam rumah Mohd Syaiful dan mencuri beg duit mengandungi kad pengenalan, wang tunai RM20, cukai jalan, kad-kad ATM Maybank dan BSN serta lesen memandu mangsa di alamat, masa dan tarikh yang sama.
Menurut agensi berita itu lagi, Raja Azman juga mengaku mencuri telefon bimbit dan seutas jam tangan bernilai RM3,850 milik pelajar Saipul Adli Mohamed Yunus, 21, di rumah mangsa di Seksyen U2 pada 10 pagi 24 April lepas.
Tertuduh, yang tidak diwakili peguam, turut mengaku bersalah memiliki sebuah motosikal curi kepunyaan pelajar Ahmad Firdaus Jalaluddin, 23, bernilai RM6,000 di depan sebuah rumah di Apartmen Kinrara Court, Puchong pada 10.40 malam 5 Mei lepas.
Majistret Norkamilah Aziz mengenakan ikat jamin RM10,500 dengan seorang penjamin bagi kesemua pertuduhan dan menetapkan 19 Jun ini untuk menjatuhkan hukuman.
Tidak ada sesiapa yang menjamin Raja Azman, manakala bapanya Raja Petra Kamaruddin tidak kelihatan dalam Mahkamah Majistret Shah Alam sepanjang prosiding.
